Ang isang Show Cause Order (SCO), sa kanyang likas na katangian, ay hindi pa itinuturing na kaso, at hindi rin ito katumbas ng paghatol ng pagkakasala o pananagutan. Sa halip, ito ay isang paunang mekanismong administratibo na idinisenyo upang bigyan ng pagkakataon ang isang opisyal o kawani ng gobyerno na ipaliwanag ang umano’y pagkilos o pagkukulang bago pa man simulan ang pormal na hakbang na pandisiplina. Pinangangalagaan nito ang due process sapagkat walang opisyal ang maaaring parusahan nang hindi muna naririnig ang kanilang panig. Marcos arrived in Bangkok on Wednesday evening, accompanied by First Lady Mary Louise "Liza" Araneta-Marcos, where he is set to have at least six bilateral talks aside from meetings with business and other global leaders. SIM Card Registration Bill is Now a Law, Here's What We Know So Far© Provided by Spot.ph Republic Act 11934, or the "SIM Card Registration Act", is the first measure that Marcos enacted into law, just three days after he marked his 100th day in office. Under the measure, all new SIM card holders are required to register their SIM cards with their respective telcos as a prerequisite for card activation. Existing SIM card holders are also required to register their SIM cards within 180 days from the effectivity of the law. Failure to do so will authorize the telco to automatically deactivate or retire the SIM number and registration.
